Women’s History Month

In addition to this month being a time filled with multiple celebrations including, St. Patricks Day, spring break and National Doctor’s Day to name a few, March is also a month celebrating women and all they’ve accomplished throughout history. Yesterday was International Women’s Day, a special time to congratulate the world’s ladies. To show our support of this important month, we wanted to specifically call attention to our favorite female designers and their cotton contributions to style. From Donna Karen to Carolina Herrera and Tory Burch, these gals are taking the fashion world by storm with their creative talent.

Let’s get real here. The always-flattering, ever-popular wrap dress would be nothing without Diane Von Furstenberg’s wildly printed touch and where would Vogue be today without Anna Wintour? It’s safe to say, fashion needs these women. Although Karl Laggerfeld is designing the clothes now, Coco brought him the opportunity to work for a brand as prestigious as Chanel. So let’s celebrate these women by shopping some of these amazing cotton items by female designers.
